LONDON & SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Visa (NYSE: V) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Currencycloud, a global platform that enables banks and fintechs to provide innovative foreign exchange solutions for cross-border payments.
Currency Cloud is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority for issuing of electronic money and the provision of payment services with FCA registration number 900199.
Currency Cloud is registered with FinCEN and is authorised in 22 states to transmit money.
